Don't forget to include a copy of your state issued ID and copy of your form of payment

You must be a registered bidder to participate in our live virtual or in house auctions.

 

Once we receive your request we will email you out a bidder registration package consisting of:

  1. Registration forms that must be filled out and signed fully and legibly

  2. You will need to send a copy of your drivers license or state issued identification, copy of your form of payment with the registration forms. If you are sales tax exempt please also send a copy of your resale certificate as well. We must charge sales tax unless we have your current tax exemption form on file. Please include your tax exempt form if you are tax exempt.

  3. Complete a payment authorization form. This gives us a form of payment to bill if items you purchase are not paid with in the pick up time stated for that particular auction.  We do accept cash, credit or debit cards and pay pal. 

After receiving your documents we will issue your buyer number which will be your permanent number for our virtual or in person auctions and other sales.

Once you are in our system you can click on the auction links to enter the auction sale via the Zoom platform. Each auction has a unique link that will be in the post and/or email notifications.  These are live auctions that are actually being conducted by a live auctioneer in real time. You will see a the item being sold live in real time as well auction each item and you will hear the auctioneer and bid through the chat box (it is very easy once you do it!)

Pre-auction inspection times are usually Wednesdays 6-8PM and Thursdays 1-4PM unless we are on a Holiday schedule or additional auction dates and pick up times will be announced at the beginning of the auction and will be listed on the auction post and email alerts. 

Please note that if you signed up for our email alerts that does not mean you are registered to bid and you must register here to be able to bid. This is a public auction so you do not have to be a dealer to buy or sell. You only need to register as a bidder one time but you will have to sign in to each virtual auction.
